The Inn at Stonecliffe provides a unique experience for those who wish to stay on the beautiful Mackinac Island. Originally built as a summer home for Michael Cudahy and his family, the Mansion, which dates back to 1904, features 16 guestrooms, the Cudahy Chophouse restaurant and stunning views of the Straights of Mackinac. A complete redecoration of the Mansion was completed in 2014 updating all of the furniture and bedding.
Adjacent to the Mansion is the more modern Summer House’s 31 studio style suites. Redecorated in 2016, these rooms feature a kitchenette with a microwave and mini-fridge, a separate sitting room area, air conditioning and an elevator in the building. Rooms with patios or balconies and two-bedroom suites are also available.
Stonecliffe’s grounds feature a covered portico overlooking the Mackinac Bridge, a heated pool, hiking trails, bike rentals, lawn games and a hidden garden grotto. From family vacations, couples get-a-ways and weddings or events, the Inn is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing Mackinac Island adventure.
